The course will cover recent developments in business law including changes to the insolvency procedures, developments in company voluntary arrangements, the increase in bankruptcies and debt relief orders, personal liability of directors, the impact of the Bribery Act and the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act, changes in commercial and employment law, and a consideration of some of the key provisions in commercial contracts.
