Just click on the date (below the course outline) that you want to book and complete the online booking form – you can pay by credit card or request an invoice. You will receive confirmation of your booking automatically.
Send relevant details to firstname.lastname@example.org – we will confirm receipt of the booking and availability of places as soon as possible and follow up with an invoice.

All bookings will be confirmed by the sending of a confirmation of booking and an invoice. Approximately two weeks before a course registration details will be sent, including information on the venue and how to get to it.
The fee of £380 plus VAT per attendee per day includes
- Participative workshop style training
- Central London venue
- Handouts appropriate to the course
- Light refreshments and lunch
- Post attendance question and answer facility
Our primary venue is at 1 Angel Court, London, EC2R 7HJ, which is close to the Bank of England. On occasion, we may use other venues, but they will always be in central London.
Payment should be made in advance of attending a course. We can accept payment by credit card, BACS or cheque.
All our courses start at 9:30 and finish at 17:00. There will be 15 minute refreshment breaks in the morning and afternoon with one hour for lunch.
If you wish to travel down the night before and need help with hotels, please contact us for some recommendations.
Please let us know if you have any special requirements regarding access or diet.

We have tried to keep these really simple.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CAN’T RUN A COURSE?
We don’t like to cancel courses, but if we really can’t go ahead, for whatever reason,
- We will give you at least a week’s notice
- We will give you the option to transfer to another course
- Or, we will refund any fees paid to us
- Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for any associated costs, eg hotel and travel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T ATTEND A COURSE?
You can send someone in your place but please try to let us know in advance
If you let us know more than two weeks before the course, you can transfer to another course at no charge OR if you want to cancel outright, there will be a charge to cover our costs of £30 plus VAT, which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
If you let us know between two weeks and one week before the course, you can transfer to another course at no charge OR if you want to cancel outright there will be a charge of 50% of the course fee plus VAT, which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
For cancellations in the week before the course, the full fee will be payable and no refunds will be made.
Acceptance of a booking constitutes a liability for the relevant fee and is subject to our standard terms and conditions as specified here. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses, change venues, lecturers and published outlines at our discretion and without prior notice. If we cancel a course, our liability shall be restricted to any fees paid to us.

Neither Faculty-One Ltd, nor the lecturers or employees can be held responsible for the outcome of any action taken or any advice given by a course attendee to another.
