Q. Where in London will the training courses held?

A. Our primary venue is 1 Angel Court, London, EC2R 7HJ, which is close to the Bank of England. In exceptional circumstances, we may need to use another MWB venue or elsewhere, but it will always be a central London location.

Q. How do I know the course is the right level for me?

A. We aim to give clear guidance in our course outlines. However, our team are available to discuss any detail of courses with you in order for you to feel confident in your choice.

Q. What happens if I am unable to attend the course I am booked on?

A. We understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur, all we ask is that you call us as soon as possible. We will then discuss alternatives with you. Please refer to our terms and conditions for guidance.

Q. I am unable to attend can I send someone else in my place?

A. We are happy to have you substitute another delegate in your place; all we ask is that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we have the right details. Please refer to our terms and conditions for guidance.

Q. I have booked online but would still like to speak to someone regarding my booking.

Q. I have booked a course and received my invoice, when will I get my joining Instructions?

A. We will send out joining instructions one week before the course start date.

Q. I live outside London and I need to arrange accommodation. Do you have advice?

A. As all our courses are run in the centre of London, there are many hotels at varying price ranges. We are happy to give you names. Please be aware we do not give personal recommendations.

Q. What happens if you do not run a course?

A. We will endeavour to run schedule courses, however, if for some reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you personally. Please refer to our terms and conditions for guidance.

Q. I have special dietary needs is this an issue?

A. We ask everyone who has finalised a booking with us to give details of requests or special diets. If these change please contact us. Please be aware, we will need 24 hours notice to inform our caterers.
